So glad for this site. We were told by Geico to go to Global Collision after our stolen car was recovered. We kept checking in with them on the progress but they hadn't even located a part, the ignition by the 6th day in their shop; they hadn't even looked at the car! We told them that we would take it elsewhere and that we'd come to get it and asked for someone to start it for us as they'd said they would. When we got there my husband was threatened by the manager and followed to the end of the parking lot where our car was. He was waving some papers around as if he were shooing my husband away, like a pesky neighborhood dog! Fortunately, I had gotten someone to start the car for us. I think he would've had it towed away, the way he was acting! In light of all of the crazy things happening in this world, I think this guy should be fired because he is endangering himself and others by his extremely poor judgment and lack of professionalism. My husband served in Vietnam and has a diagnosis of Post traumatic stress disorder. Many would not have handled it as well as my husband did and that is because we are Christians. This was really a dumb way to treat people. My husband and I also were and are in shock and very hurt by this man's behavior. We're letting the owner know about this as well. more
