Terrible Policies. Just got my haircut here for the first time and had a rude awakening when paying. Jacob himself does not allow clients to include a tip for their stylist on a credit card payment. Instead, I was instructed to an ATM across the street where I could get cash. So instead of making it easy on his clients, he makes it so that we have to do more work to be able to do the right thing. And why? Presumably because he does not want to pay the credit card processing fee. Shame... Jacob's greed means more work for his clients - and less tops for his staff. And he required a credit card to hold the first appointment - making sure he is taken care of even if his clients and stylists are not. All at a salon that touts itself as being high-end. I think not... and certainly won't be back.
