I believe Paul. They have brought out a deal on living social for remote car start but they have not provided much specifics (e.g. what kind of remote and if there are any additional charges etc). So naturally I called them and learnt that the model they are offering thru living social is very basic which is not even on their website + there are additional charges. The guy declined to explain much on the cost saying that its their policy that they dont give price on phone. This to me is a clear red flag, and in my experience usually these are the ppl who dont want to compete fairly. Its really funny that they do business in cutting edge technologies but their business model is very out of date ie no discussion on phone etc.
