I emailed for a quote, and he emailed me back the next morning. I called him up, he called me the next morning and got me taken care of that day. He was prompt in his replies and pretty quick on getting me taken care of. I had my water heater replaced, it was nice that they took the old one away so I didn't have to deal with it.
