I’ve never thought about writing a review for a funeral home before and honestly who would really want to but after the recent passing of my father, I strongly felt inclined to do so. I will start with the very unfortunate and negative comments made by someone in another review towards Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home. I strongly encourage anyone reading this to completely disregard that negative review. My recent experience with this funeral home went above and beyond what one would expect during a funeral service. Mr. and Mrs. Jones as well as his family showed gentleness and compassion for my whole family throughout our loss. Not only were they incredibly respectful and kind but displayed patience and kindness. Mr. and Mrs. Jones did not treat us as customers but more as a part of their own family whom also shared a loss. I was further humbled and grateful when Mr. and Mrs. Jones offered to just listen and provide comfort throughout our grieving process, extending well beyond a funeral and burial service. Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home is the place where you can feel at ease and have peace in your heart during these difficult times. I strongly encourage anyone seeking a place to provide funeral services to speak with Mr. and Mrs. Jones and you will discover just as I have, that they are truly the Lord’s angels here on Earth.
