I was really Impressed with Sara. She opened my hood upon arrival and checked the wind shield wiper fluid, (and filled it) air filter and I think it was the steering fluid ( don't remember). They also had found something else wrong, and she actually had the picture of the area that had the problem on her cell phone . So seeing it you could understand more about what is going on. I have been going to Hyundia for many years. And this is the first time that I felt that they are trying to in form us on what they are doing, by having someone show me just what is being repaired. I would be nice if we could see just what you are going to do not just to have to take your word for it. So far I am happy with this experience. Thank you
