LB is the worst! and this is our 2nd property management co. that we had to deal with, just Terrible. Our LB agent would not address complaints from our condo owners. We the board of directors have to deal with angry homeowners on our own. What is the point of paying LB? I recently had to step down because of my heavy work schedule and my family. When you are not a member of the board of directors and are not in the position to fire LB, they treat you like dirt. They are unresponsive to phone calls and emails. And this Craig Tice keeps telling me that my voice is no longer relevant because I am no longer on the board. \r

This tip is to all the angry homeowners, get yourselves voted on the board and FIRE LB!!!
