This is our second time using GDS in the last two years for two different issues. James was very efficient, called prior to arriving since it was ealier than was expected, explained the problem to me so that I understood what needed to be replaced, and in general was very plesant and good at explaining my options to me. I will reccomend GDS to those needing garage door service! My call was returned very quickly in the morning and service was completed very quickly as well.
