I just bought a 2013 Ford Escape from Evergreen Ford on Dec 20th The first two options listed in the description were keyless start and back up camera. It didn't come with either and I didn't find out until I signed and brought the car home. I have emailed Tony the General Manager and Ashley the sales associate, I have not received a response back as to what they will do. I will keep you posted, I'm hoping they will take care of it, if not I will go to the Ford Corp and blog all over about the deceit. Let's cross our fingers!
