I've been taking the pre-natal class with Carrie and it's amazing. I've taken pre-natal classes elsewhere but they do not come close to Positively Pilates. Carrie understands and explains the pregnant body and creates such a warm and supportive environment in class. This class has made me feel so much stronger that I am actually excited to give birth! Carrie's classes effectively address pregnancy aches and pains, have improved my sleep and I regularly use some of the moves at home on a daily basis. Carrie remembers everyone's name and personal situation and shares her own childbirth and parenting experiences. I don't understand any negative reviews on here. As a teacher myself I can honestly say that Carrie is a model to all of us for creating a positive atmosphere. She is more than happy to talk to you individually after class and recommend moves you can do at home. Your belly will thank you for taking this class!
