Absolutely terrible. Took my wife in because she wasn't feeling well and was told an hour wait. After an hour and a half I watched a guy who had been there 30 minutes get called back. 15 minute after that we are allowed to go to an exam room. After basic vitals are taken, we are told it will be another half hour for the dr. to come in. So here we sit.... Almost 2 1/2 hours into this adventure and still no doc. If it wasn't for the fact that they made us pay up front before the wait, I'd have left an hour ago. I will NEVER never NEVER come back to this place. I actually signed up for this service just to complain about this establishment. What a horrid horrid experience. The Dr. Just showed up btw. Seems nice, but it would have been nicer an hour ago.
