Excellent! Extremely reasonable price (best I could find), incredibly nice on the phone, and was even able to get appointment for next day. Technician, Louie, was very pleasant and professional. He even helped us move the rugs and a glider outside so they'd dry faster. After he was done, he asked me to inspect and assured me that I shouldn't be shy if I saw anything at all that could use a second work-through. I couldn't find anything! Couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience.
