Sales personnel were knowlegable, very friendly, and courteous. No pressure, they gave my wife and I the ""room"" to discuss the options without being intrusive. The finance office was outstanding. We truly enjoyed the experience and the price for the Avalon was excellent. Overall the experience was very professional and pleasant without being pushy!
