Fred, the tech for the job, was not only on time, but was parked in front of the house early, but wanted until exactly the time to ring the bell.
He was very polite and professional. The job was done well in the face of some equipment challenges, Fred kept me posted, took care of things and got the job done - on time!
Everything was left very clean- not just the vents, but the areas around the vents.
All in all everything I look for was satisfied - on time, professional, and a job well done.
