Excellent! Hated that I needed Sam on a Sunday afternoon but he is awesome. Came out right away which was great since ""if momma ain't happy..."" well you know ! I like to learn and he likes to teach. A very thorough job...unlike the last guy that had come out. Won't use anyone but Sam from here out....
