I have a 40 year old Hotpoint refrigerator. The freezer suddenly quit working (after me using a yardstick to get something out from under it for the cat!). I called about 5 p.m., the guys came out right after supper, fixed it in less than 1/2 hour and EVEN CLEANED UP all the gunk that had collected behind it.
