K&N provided outstanding service. My thanks to David, Mona, Tony and the team for quick reply and getting the job done right. I had a faulty ice-maker from sub-zero that would not make ice despite repeated attempts to repair. Sub-zero replaced the faulty unit with a new one. K&N did the communications, diagnosis and coordinated with Sub-zero completely. They did a great job with skill, courtesy and professionalism. I don't understand the negative reviews that were written here - K&N knows their stuff and if they can't fix it - it isn't fixable.
