Efficient and courteous. I've now used this cab service twice, once to go to the airport and once for a shorter within-Baltimore ride. Both times, I used the online booking service, and both times, the service was punctual, the drivers were very courteous, and I reached my destination safely and quickly. On one of the occasions, I requested a taxi for ""right now"", and it was here within 5 minutes, following a text message which informed me of the driver's name and how far away he was at the time of dispatch. On the other occasion, I booked a taxi several hours in advance. Again I received a text telling me when the taxi was dispatched, and it actually arrived 5 minutes early. The driver then waited patiently for me (no honking). I was impressed by the efficiency, and would highly recommend this cab service.
