On 11/30/2012, a feeder line to one of our water heaters burst spilling water into our basement. We called Roto-Rooter at 2125 Montana, Ave, Cincinnati OH before 8 a.m. and they had a plumber at our house by 9 a.m. He was very courteous and professional. He identified the problem, fixed it and did some preventative maintenance on the other lines to the water heater. He was done before 11 a.m.
