I give one star to be generous. The shopping experience wasn't bad. I was told my two bedroom sets would arrive in 4-6 weeks. Now 14 weeks later, I still await the furniture. I've never had any communication with Fish Furniture that they have initiated. I have had to call every 1-2 weeks for the last 10 weeks to check on my status. The blame was always put on the manufacturer (true, perhaps, but if so they should not have told me 4-6 weeks initially). Now to add insult to injury, they finally call to "schedule" my delivery and I am told my furniture can ONLY be delivered on a day and time that I simply can't be home to receive it. I spoke to several people at Fish and they seem to think its impossible to change my time without me having to wait another almost 2 weeks to get it. First and LAST purchase from this store.
