The instant I walked into Dr. Thomas' office, the atmosphere was very pleasant. His staff was warm and friendly. The wait time was no more than 5 minutes. \r
I was really nervous due to bad dental experiences in the past with other dentists. However, from the instant Dr. Thomas walked in to meet me he made me feel completely at ease. He was so down to earth, kind and patient with me, treating me with dignity and respect. He treated me like a human being and not just a number. \r
I have a very complicated case and was put off for many years by other dentists in the past, but Dr. Thomas was different. He was so positive and really gave me hope in achieving a beautiful smile, which is so important to me, due to being led in the past to believe that this wasn't possible for me. He explained his dental plan for me step by step and made sure that I understood. He truly went out of his way to help me in any way he could. It was a Friday afternoon and I had an important event to go to the next day. He heard about this and offered to make a very unattractive, problematic front tooth of mine look more presentable for me so that I would not feel so insecure. He was very gentle and would explain to me that it would not hurt each time he was about to proceed with working on my tooth and it didn't hurt. I am extremely happy with the work that he did to create this temporary tooth for me. I was actually on the verge of tears. It looked so great! I can tell he is a perfectionist and he pays very close attention to detail, which is so important when dealing with someone's smile. I can only imagine how magnificent my smile will be when all is said and done and I am excited to get started.\r
I also explained to him that I am on a budget. He was caring and understanding of this and more than willing to work with me on a payment plan. \r
I am so happy with my overall visit with Dr. Thomas and have the utmost confidence in him. His efforts to help me went above and beyond my expectations on just my first visit. I am looking forward to my future with not only a beautiful smile, but a gorgeous smile!
