Recently they have gone from a reputable shop to a bunch of cheats who will never get your car right the first time. recently I took a car in to have them change a broken lug bolt. This necessitated pulling the hub and pressing the new bolt in from behind. I got the car back and discovered that they had merely found a bolt short enough to put in without pulling the hub! They still charged 60 bucks!\r
After getting my cash back I pulled the hub and did it myself. I then had a check engine light. I had Auto Zone do a diagnostic and the check was very specific. "jumped time, tensioner pulley failed".\r
I took the printout to see what they would charge for a timing belt change.
