We have two puppies that managed to dig a dollar size hole in the carpeting and also chewed up 3 sections were it met the tile. I called and left a message and was thinking it would take forever for someone to call me back. Was I wrong, within 5 minutes Robert called back and I explained the problem. Gave me a quote over the phone. Within a half a hour Alan showed up and repaired the carpeting to make it look even better then new. Was I impressed. Alan was professional and courtesy and did a excellent job. I would surely use you folks again.
