Dan inspected our new home back in September, so this is long overdue. I was recently going back through our report and was reminded of such a positive experience we had. He was very thorough and informative, pointing out maintenance issues to issues that needed more immediate attention. He walked me through everything he saw during the inspection, then his complete report rounded out the experience with photos, explanations and everything you would need to refer back to.
