The technician did an excellent job of fixing the garage door problem quickly. Then he performed periodic maintenance. He made several suggestions based on his experience which will improve future door performance and eliminate rust in the garage. He even pointed out how the closing mechanism could be relocated to permit taller vehicles to enter the garage.
