We used Magic Limo once Nov 17th my girlfriend rented for my birthday. Horror is a good word to describe this experience. Magic limo showed up 1 hour late no calls or explanations. When they did show up the limo was filthy with used tissues and cups from the last party in the vehicle. They were no complimentary champagne or beer or soda or decorations as promised free on website. We tried to make the best of the night regardless. After stopping at ABC and spending $75.00 to stock the limo we headed downtown. We tried not to give the driver John to much flack as we thought it was maybe out of his control. After driver John dropped us off a club in downtown Orlando at around 10:45 or 11:00 we came outside 1/2 hour later and he was missing.\r
No limo no John the driver.....we called him until 2 am with no answer on his cell or on the dispatch number we were given.\r
Finally after 3 hours we called form a # he did not recognize and he answered. He said the main street Orange ave was blocked (which it was) but he could of called us and met us down any side street in downtown Orlando...they were all open. He left us stranded cold and unsafe for 3 hours. The kicker..........when we did get back into the limo all of our beverages we bought at ABC...........vanished.....even the soda. Apparently driver John had his own party in the limo with our alcohol as we were left stranded downtown. 2 days now have passed and no answer or response from Magic Limos. I guess that's why they call them ""Magic"" they disappear and leave you stranded.....and rob you blind!!
