Two thumbs up for great service. The technician came early, explained everything to me, told me what he would do and then gave written recommendations after he finished for simple products I could buy at Home Depot to improve the fireplace function. Most impressively, he told me I did not need anything extra done beyond the cleaning. I was impressed by the professionalism and honesty and will definitely use them again.
