Lousy Repairmen. We have a Maytag Bravos X washing machine that will not work half the time. It is still under the original warranty and Ken's Appliance came out to fix the machine. Instead of fixing the problem, the repairman ordered a control board which he swapped out. The machine still has the original problem of the lid not staying locked, causing the machine to stop. Also, since the board swap, the machine continues to go back to the wash cycle during the final rinse cycle, causing a 45 minute wash cycle to take as much as 3 hours.\r

I would NOT recommend Ken's Appliance for anything, not even for sharpening pencils.
