The report was easy to read and understand, and the accompanying pictures were very helpful. The inspector also did a great job explaining his findings when I spoke with him after the inspection. My real estate agent and I were able to negotiate with the sellers to make repairs based on the report, saving money that I would have had to spend for an electrician, plumber, and others. Thank you!
