Their delivery service and team sucks. They also fail to acknowledge that you've placed an order, so you're constantly left wondering when your food will arrive. I have also experienced times where there were no order conformations and when calling the restaurant, no one answers the phone... for about 30-45 mins. The food is good, but for service as bad as Koh Samui's I'd prefer to order elsewhere.
