From the first interview (with Jerry Sr.) to the payment, Family Air was a pleasure to work with. They were not only very thorough in explaining each process and need for equipment but my biggest thing was honesty. I had previously interviewed 7 other HVAC companies and got price ranges of $9k- $19k, why I have no idea, and unit options that were overboard (trying to upsell). Family Air explained in detail the reason for each piece and size of equipment as well as ducting! The install guys were great as well, never left a mess and very pleasant to talk with if I had questions. All of my family members have been using Family Air for years and have never had a problem, so it only made sense. We have recommended Family Air to a few other friends since and they have been pleased with their service as well.
Since install it has been approximately 2 months, we have used our AC a number of times and are now starting to use our heater and we are very pleased. The outdoor unit is extremely quiet and we had them move the unit from a hall closet to up in the attic. It is very efficient and we have even seen our electric bill go down!!!
