Grubhub emails says delivery at 6:58PM
Call Restaurant at 7. They say they don't have a delivery driver tonight so they can't deliver my delivery order. I ask them to cancel the order and refund me. They say the owner is not there and I will need to call back later.
Delivery driver (where did he come from?) calls me at 7:21PM, but I am not home since I had to go get food. Grubhub calls and emails saying my food is ready, but I am eating elsewhere.
I call Grubhub, they talk to Chopal who insist I picked up the order and there was no need to cancel or issue a refund. They are confused, or lying.
Gurbhub refunds me.
I never get my food. I don't understand how Chopal failed so hard. And where did this delivery driver come from? Why didn't they tell me he was coming before I left the house in search of actual food?
Don't order delivery from this place.
