We took our older van we just purchased to them for an estimate on a few things we wanted done with it....after a week and NO communication we called and were told we will call you by end of day....nothing....another week went by and we were told they were working on an estimate for the last thing on the list we wanted done they hadn't done anything yet!! When we said we will just come get it they told us they didn't know if it would be available that day....then they charged us labor on something we didn't want done! I will never recommend Atomic Auto Body again no one even bothered to appologize to me they couldn't get anything done in a timely fashion they weren't even considerate of how long they took and that they NEVER called back when they said they could! I understand if your busy but a little appology and communication would go a long way!!
