Upon arrival he would not allow an exchange, his actions were so out of character I almost called the the Westminster police. I had to call the Better Business Bureau. I had to deal with an other associate and he has been very gracious. I have since spent about 5,000 dollars. I am planning to buy a new home next year with a dedicated home theater room with B and W Nautilus as part of my reference system. All I asked for was an apology, I'm still waiting...
