James from Girard's came out today to check my garage door system, as one of the doors was not responding to the open/close button. He rebooted the opener at no cost, gave me suggestions on which parts to upgrade, and how to prevent the system from needing a reboot in the future. He was very knowledgeable about the system and was not pushy about the higher quality products they sell, just explained what they have and why they would function better. I was very happy with my service today and will no doubt go to Girard's in the future for garage door issues. Thank you James!
