Called on a Thursday night with a broken spring. They came out on Friday the time they said. 2 hourds to do a full makeover. New springs, rollers etc. 10 yr warranty price may seem a little steep but at least I won't have to worry about this again for a long time. Ryan was the person who did the work. He seemed like he worked very hard. Clean up was good. No issues so far. Its much quiter than the original parts.
