David from Williams and Fogg has been a joy to work with considering the situation. We had bought a home only months ago that came with a furnace that had out lived it's useable lifespan. After several visits to diagnose the issue, David worked with our warranty program to get us a brand new furnace. David worked with our schedule, even coming out on Halloween evening. The best day came when him and his crew came out on a friday, working until dark outside to get heat into our long cold home.
David was very honest and transparent with any advice or information he gave, never trying to up sell me on things did not need nor require. He was receptive of any questions i asked.
