Our meal here was highly dissapointing..We are sushi fanatics and love Sushi of Gari and Sushi Seki in NY ..We had been to Sasabune in LA and wanted to try NYC location.It was not good...It really had no special flavorings and some of the sashimi was freezing cold, and some was almost warm. For the first time both my husband and I got a fishy taste ..like it was not fresh...so much so we came home and had hot water with lemon to try to get rid of the bad taste...We sat at the sushi bar and the wall next to me was filthy, really gross...and to top it off 280$...which i was expecting but when its not even good or special...makes it a bit more unpleasant...will never return there...Sushi seki and gari are a million times better, and friendlier and better ambiance...
