4 years in this house is enough. Please dont buy from these guys. You need to look at my place before you buy. you can email me at tarheel6268@yahoo and I will show you what you are going to get. everything is coming apart. I am stuck with a 30 year house payment.. It will never make it. So if you are thinking about building with these guys, you need to think twice. I believe I have saved at least 20 people from them so far.
