As a homeowner of a new home, our renters seem to be breaking everything there, and then we have to replace the items. We have been given no input, just a bill for what they decide they will charge us. No representation for us whatsoever. As soon as the lease is up, the house is going up for sale instead of dealing with these renters or this (lack of) management company.
