Worst place ever!!!! My fiance bought a dress at bridal town. Paid in full for the dress and alterations, over $1,000 total. They called two weeks after and said they can no longer make the dress in the material she wanted. So we asked for a refund, not a crazy request you cant get the dress ok give me the money back please.. but ooohhh no not that simple.. after three weeks of calling and getting told nobody was there to return the money and being told to come in and look for another dress still no refund.. Every person talked to was completely arrogant and rude!!!!!! worst experience ever! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE!
