Had a cleaning appt today at 9am. I arrived at the office 10 mins early... Greeted by asking what my last name was... Not even a ""good morning."" I waited until 10 after 9 to ask when I was going to be seen, the excuse was, well the person was late. No one ever said when I checked in that the hygienist is running behind... The customer service is BAD... treated like I owe them on my day off... If not for the patients, this office would not be in business. This is my second time that I gave this office a chance... Will not do this again.
