HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. The ""sales"" department treated me like crap in my initial phone call to them. If that type of treatment is any indication of the type of service they provide, these people should be shut down. The salesperson was rude, obnoxious and totally unprofessional. In this economy you would think they would be all over a $ sale. Even if this were the only company offering the item I am looking for, I STILL would not buy from them! Buyer please beware and steer clear of these idiots. Judging by all the reviews, I have read, I know for certain I am not the only one that feels this way.
