This was my first experience having to bring a car in for repairs after an accident. I had an appraisal from the insurance company, but no other knowledge to work with.
From the beginning, Lauren was very helpful in explaining how the process would work, and assisted with all of the details including making a reservation for me with the rental car company.
She determined that the car did not need all of the work estimated by the insurance company, so I actually saved money. I am very happy with the quality of the work, and the little extras (touch up paint on the hood and doors even though these were not the areas that were damaged in the accident.)
I would not hesitate to recommend Hart's to anyone needing work done.
