Every house needs this service in a 4-5 year cycle. During the process of purchasing a 20yr. old home we enlisted the services of a home inspector. He was correct on both counts.
Our technician, Rudy, was very personable and went straight to work and continued without a break and when finished showed us the results before he sealed up the work area. He was a nice guy doing the dirty work none of us would like to do ourselves.
