We were one of Big Picture Home Theater's first customers a few years ago when we bought a high definition set from them. Since then, we've replaced it with a 50 inch screen set. Patrick helped set it up and he was very professional. We had some problems with the remote. We had been using a cheaper one after the dog tried to eat ours, and Patrick fixed us up with a new remote that works very well.
