The staff is great and the atmosphere is extremely welcoming. You don't have to worry about them scamming you or milking you for things you don't need. They are really honest. It's nice knowing you can trust what they say since it's not always easy going to a repair shop and not feeling swindled. They work on both of my Mercedes and the turnaround time is always reasonable. I refer all my clients there as well!
