Do NOT use this moving company unless you want your stuff held hostage while they re-negotiate your price. Had a quote to move a piano, told them what kind of piano it was. But when they showed up, they wanted to charge me more $$ saying it was the kind of piano I had already told them. When I said I had been very clear on what kind of piano it was, they couldn't have cared less, said ""get another mover"" and hung up. Thanks, I WILL get another mover and one that actually has some customer service skills.
