There were empty bottles left lying around the basement for weeks. The wet bar cabinetry was not leveled properly, our media center is just a hole in the wall with no shelving or cable management and we are left feeling disappointed and the entire process was stressful. Basic items listed in the contract like light bars and faucets for the bathroom were not provided by the contractor for his subs to install requiring us to go to purchase them and reimbursement was not offered until a month after completion. The awards listed are vanity awards and internet scams, not recognition by local organizations. \r
