When I first called for prelim information the rep who answered was friendly and helpful, and even suggested ways I might save money. The rep who took the order was all business and no extras such as "have a nice day", "thanks for your business" kind of thing. She did a good job of taking my order and making sure it was accurate. I realize a more personal, friendlier approach is not for everyone, and there may even be good reason not to be, it just seems nicer to do business with someone like that. No complaints, just an observation.
